§ 11-1-3 CHIEF OF POLICE TO INVESTIGATE ACCIDENTS.

It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to investigate traffic accidents and to arrest and assist in the prosecution of those persons charged with violations of law causing or contributing to those accidents.
