§ 10-1-12 LOITERING.
   It is unlawful for any person, other than the owner, manager, or his or her authorized representative, to interfere individually or collectively with free enjoyment of the property by the owners thereof; or interfere with the conduct of any lawful business by obstructing entrance to the business or by obstructing free passage of persons or merchandise or commodities within the place of business; or by obstructing service rendered by the business to its customers.
