§ 9-6-3 EXEMPTIONS.

The following are exempt from the requirements of this article: normal farm agricultural practices under A.R.S. §§ 49-457 and 49-504.4, and open areas, vacant lots, unpaved parking lots and unpaved roadways than are not located at sources that require any permit under these rules.
