§ 8-4-7 SALES RESTRICTED.

It is unlawful for any pawnbroker, secondhand dealer, or junk dealer to sell or otherwise dispose of any article or thing within one week after the article or thing has been purchased or received by the pawnbroker, secondhand dealer, or junk dealer.
