§ 2-2-2 VICE MAYOR.
   At the same meeting at which the Mayor is sworn in, the Council shall designate one of its members as Vice Mayor, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Council. The Vice Mayor shall perform the duties of the Mayor during his or her absence or disability.
