§ 4-2-5 APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES OF FIREFIGHTERS/EMS PERSONNEL.
   The appointment of firefighters/EMS personnel shall be as approved by Council. Firefighters/EMS personnel shall be subject to supervision by the Fire Chief or his or her officers.
