§ 4-2-4 APPOINTMENT, POWERS, AND DUTIES OF CHIEF.
   The Chief of the Fire Department, as a department head, shall be appointed by the Manager and concurred in by the Council. The duties of the Fire Chief shall be as indicated in the appropriate job description and include the duty to enforce the adopted fire codes.
