§ 3-5-111 AUTHORITY TO DEBAR OR SUSPEND.
   The Administrative Services Director is delegated the authority to debar or suspend a party from participating in city procurement. The Administrative Services Director shall not have an obligation to seek information concerning the criminal history of applicants unless provided notice of this history by third parties.
