(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violations of any provisions of §§ 151.15 through 151.18 shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed $100 and/or punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the presiding judge.
