(A) The Township Clerk shall collect a fee of $5 at the time said permit is approved and issued. It shall be the duty of the Township Clerk to provide forms upon which said applications are made, and it shall be the further duty of the Clerk to review said applications when completed. The Clerk shall issue the permits if all requested information is supplied and if the required fee is paid. The permit shall provide that all applicable construction laws of the township, county, state, and federal governments must be followed.
(B) The Township Clerk shall, within 20 days after issuing any permit, provide the Township Supervisor with a copy thereof.
