§ 150.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation, or other entity which violates any provision of § 150.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not to exceed $100, plus costs of prosecution. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
