§ 90.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violations of § 90.01 are a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine not to exceed $100 together with costs of prosecution, or imprisonment in the county jail or such other place of detention as the court may prescribe for a period not to exceed 90 days, or said fine, costs of prosecution, and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court.
   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of § 90.02 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
