(A) OPERATE, SLOW - NO WAKE SPEED, and VESSEL have the same definitions as are assigned to said terms in the state’s Marine Safety Act, the same being Public Act 451 of 1994, part 801 - Marine Safety, being M.C.L.A. §§ 324.80101 et seq.
(B) On the waters of Crystal Lake and Perch Lake (all within section 3, town 5 south, range 1 west, in the township), it is unlawful, and punishable as hereinafter provided, for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow - no wake speed. The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the state’s Uniform Waterway Marking System.
