§ 630.022 PROHIBITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS OF LICENSEES.
   (a)   No licensee shall:
      (1)   Conduct games which include craps for money or slot machines;
      (2)   Conduct a fund raiser within ten hours of a bingo game conducted for amusement;
      (3)   Receive any commission, wage, salary, reward, tip, donation, gratuity or other form of compensation, directly or indirectly, for operating, assisting or volunteering in the operation of any fund raiser;
      (4)   Have direct supervisory responsibility, file applications for or receive licenses on behalf of more than one charitable organization in any calendar year, nor conduct or participate in the conduct of more than two charitable fund raisers in any calendar year;
      (5)   Permit admission of any person under the age of 18 years to any fund raiser under § 630.021;
      (6)   Permit any person under the age of 18 years to serve as a game operator or volunteer; or
      (7)   Conduct a charitable game of chance between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 10:00 a.m. on Mondays through Fridays, and no licensee shall conduct a charitable game of chance between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
   (b)   No person under the age of 18 years shall be admitted to or be present on the premises of any charity fund raiser licensed under this section.
   (c)   No person who has been convicted of a felony offense or a misdemeanor gambling offense in any jurisdiction shall serve as a game operator or volunteer.
   (d)   Any person or persons who violate any provisions of this section shall be guilty of gambling, a misdemeanor of the first degree, for each offense. If the offender has previously been convicted of any gambling offense, gambling is a felony to be prosecuted under appropriate state law.
