§ 230.02 EXPENSE ACCOUNT.
   In addition to his or her salary, the Mayor shall be allowed and paid expenses incurred in conducting city business in a sum not to exceed $3,600 per year for the term commencing December, 1981. Prior to payment for such expenses the Mayor shall furnish to the Director of Finance an accounting of money so spent, which may include the expense of the use of a personal automobile on official business at the rate provided in § 260.11.
