All sections, divisions, parts and provisions of this chapter and the Ohio Fire Code, as adopted herein, are hereby declared to be independent sections, divisions, parts and provisions, and the holding of any section, division, part or provision thereof to be unconstitutional, void or ineffective for any cause shall not affect or render invalid any other section, division, part or provision thereof.
