§ 1454.01 PERMIT AND DEPOSITS REQUIRED.

Prior to commencing the demolition or removal of any structure, the owner or his or her authorized agent shall apply for and receive a permit pursuant to §§ 1424.11, 1426.01 and 1426.02 of this Building and Housing Code and pay the fees required therein.
