§ 1440.01 UNITS IN COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL OR WAREHOUSE STRUCTURES.

   Air conditioning units requiring the use of water, hereafter installed in any commercial, industrial or warehouse structure, shall be equipped with a system to provide for the recirculation and re-use within the unit of the water originally used by the unit for cooling purposes. The installation of any other type of unit is hereby prohibited.
