Each set of plans submitted shall be accompanied by a set of specifications describing the materials to be used and the work intended to be done, which specifications shall be written in ink, typewritten or printed. The various subjects therein shall be grouped in the order of their construction, and shall all be done in clear and specific language sufficient to enable the Chief Building Official to obtain full and complete information as to the extent and character of the work to be done.
