§ 1250.09 STREET CONSTRUCTION.

All streets and roads, principal or secondary, shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements contained in §§ 1250.11 to 1250.13, inclusive, and the current issue of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Materials Specifications.
