§ 1242.05 APPROVAL OF NAME CHANGE OF SUBDIVISIONS AND STREETS.

No person, having received approval of a preliminary plat pursuant to § 1242.01(a), may change the name of a subdivision, or the name of any street or roadway therein, without first obtaining approval from the Planning Commission for such name change, which approval shall be confirmed by resolution of Council.
