§ 1044.213 NOTICE OF POTENTIAL PROBLEMS, INCLUDING SLUG LOADING.

All dischargers shall notify the Authority immediately of all discharges that could cause problems to the Authority, including any slug loadings, as defined in § 1044.02(rr) of this chapter, by the industrial user.
