§ 1044.08 STATE REQUIREMENTS.

State requirements and limitations on discharges to the sewage treatment plant shall be met by all industrial users which are subject to such standards in any instance in which they are more stringent than federal requirements and limitations or those in this or any other applicable ordinance.
