National categorical pretreatment standards, as promulgated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) pursuant to the Act, shall be met by all industrial users of the regulated industrial categories. An application for modification of the national categorical pretreatment standards may be considered for submittal to the Regional Administrator by the Authority, when the Authority’s wastewater treatment plant achieves consistent removal of the pollutants.
