§ 1044.04 STORM SEWERS; ADMISSIONS AND CONSENT.

Stormwater, surface drainage, subsurface drainage, ground water, roof runoff, cooling water or unpolluted water may be admitted to storm sewers which have adequate capacity for this accommodation. No person shall use such sewers without first having obtained the consent of the Approving Authority.
