§ 252.03 PROTECTIVE GEAR ALLOWANCE; CALL-OUT PAY; REIMBURSEMENT FOR COST OF CDL.

An employee whose job description requires a CDL shall be required to possess or obtain (within 12 months) said license and the city shall reimburse the cost associated with obtaining and renewing such license.
