There is hereby established the position of Director of Water Reclamation, who shall be appointed by the Mayor under the provisions of Article V, § 5, of the Charter. The Director of Water Reclamation shall report directly to the Public Works Commissioner and shall perform such duties as may be required pursuant to the position’s job description on file in the Human Resource Department or such duties as deemed necessary by the Public Works Commissioner.
