§ 1042.25 TEST TEES IN DRIVEWAYS.
   When, upon inspection by the City Engineer or his or her representative, it is determined that a test tee that has been installed in a driveway in a residential area must be repaired or replaced, the city will repair or replace it, or cause it to be repaired or replaced, at its expense. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the owner of the premises shall be responsible for any repair or replacement of the driveway, apron or sidewalks that are around or that cover the test tee. The city shall be responsible for the repair of any damage to a driveway apron that is caused by a manhole or water main line valve.
