§ 820.03 PERMIT APPLICATION AND ISSUANCE.
   Permits for a public sale or garage sale shall be issued by the Chief Building Official or a person acting and authorized to act on his or her behalf upon the applicant’s complying with the following provisions:
   (a)   Giving his or her name and permanent address;
   (b)   Obtaining the permit required by this chapter;
   (c)   Giving the name and address of all persons who shall be associated or engaged in such public sale;
   (d)   Giving the name and address of the party for whom the sale is being held;
   (e)   Giving the date of sales and number of sales in a calendar year; and
   (f)   Payment of the fee provided in § 1424.11.
