§ 808.99 PENALTY.

In addition to the provisions of § 808.04(f), with regards to revocation of permits, and § 808.17, whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; any such violation shall constitute a separate offense of each successive day continued.
