§ 808.10 AUDIT AND INSPECTION.
   (a)   The city, its agents and its representatives shall have the authority, during normal business hours, to arrange for and conduct an inspection of each provider’s books, records, documents, maps, plans, performance test results, records of requests for service, and other like materials relevant to the provision of service in the city.
   (b)   A provider shall be given ten business days’ advance written notice of the inspection request and a description, to the best of the city’s ability, of materials the city desires to inspect.
   (c)   Copies of all petitions, applications, communications and reports submitted by a provider, or on behalf of or relating to a provider, to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Securities and Exchange Commission or any other federal or state regulatory commission or agency having jurisdiction over matters affecting the provision of service in the city shall be made available to the city upon request. Copies of responses from the regulatory agencies to a provider shall likewise be made available to the city within 15 days of receipt of the response.
   (d)   Each provider shall maintain and make available for review to the city upon request at all times a current map or set of maps drawn to scale disclosing the location of the facilities and/or any and all equipment installed or in place in streets and other public places that is used for the provision of service in the city.
