Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this Chapter, as amended, shall be guilty of a Class One misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as hereinabove provided. (Ord. 129, 2-25-1997)
