Unless the context otherwise requires:
DEVELOPER OR INDUSTRIAL USER: Any corporation, business, company, partnership, sole proprietorship or any other entity or individual which establishes or maintains any of the industrial uses or related uses listed under Section 12-1-3 of this Chapter.
TOWN ENGINEER: The Town Engineer of the Town of Snowflake or his designee.
USE: Any of the industrial uses or related uses listed under Section 12-1-3 of this Chapter. (Ord. 108, 3-8-1994)
