11-4-12: RESUBDIVISION MAP:
A final map showing data required by Section 11-4-5 of this Chapter shall be submitted when the resubdivision of lots, tracts or parcels previously recorded as a subdivision or portion of the subdivision results in four (4) or more additional tracts or parcels. (1986 Code § 13-5-12)
