Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this Chapter, requiring that they renumber and/or post the number of their home or other building in a conspicuous place, as directed by this Chapter, or who otherwise refuses to cooperate with the renumbering of their house or building or the renaming of their street, shall be guilty of a petty offense, pursuant to the provisions of Arizona Revised Statutes, section 13-802(D), and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense, punishable as hereinabove described. (Ord. 89, 5-18-1988; 1997 Code)
