The following rules and regulations shall apply to all public tennis and handball courts in the Town:
A. Skateboards, Roller Skates Or Blades: No skateboards, roller skates or roller blades on courts.
B. Vehicles: No bicycles, motorcycles or other types of vehicles allowed on courts.
C. Shoes: Tennis or flat, soft-soled shoes required on courts.
D. Play Limit: Be courteous; limit play to one hour or match when other players are waiting.
E. Use Limits: Tennis courts are for playing tennis only. Handball courts are for playing handball only.
F. Destruction: No writing or drawing on or defacing of buildings, walls, sidewalks, curbs, roadways, fences or courts.
G. Penalty: Any violation of any provision of this Section, except subsection F of this Section, shall be a petty offense. A violation of subsection F of this Section shall be a Class One misdemeanor. Violators are subject to the penalty provisions provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1986 Code § 11-2; 1997 Code)
