Any person who engages in mobile food vending without a valid license as required, or who violates any provision of this section, is guilty of an offense and upon conviction shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Violation of this chapter shall also be grounds for revocation or suspension of any license granted. Each day upon which a violation continues to occur shall be deemed a separate offense.
