§ 123.374 LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES.

A grantee shall be liable for the acts of its third parties (contractors and subcontractors) and ensure that before commencement of work regarding construction, operation and maintenance of its cable system, any third parties have provided insurance in compliance with this chapter.
