A certificate of insurance coverage shall be filed in the office of the mayor concurrently upon the acceptance of the award of a franchise and shall be updated annually if any changes to the policies occur. The grantee will provide the city with at least 30 days’ written notice of an insurer’s intent to cancel or not renew any of the insurance coverage. The grantee agrees to hold the city harmless from any liability, including additional premium due because of the grantee’s failure to maintain the coverage limits required.
