A grantee is responsible for ensuring that its system is designed, installed and operated in a manner that fully complies with applicable FCC rules including 47 C.F.R. chapter I, part 76, subpart K, as revised or amended from time to time. As provided in these rules, the city shall have, upon request, the right to obtain a copy of tests and records required in accordance with appropriate rules, but the city has no authority, pursuant to federal law, to enforce compliance with the standards.
