A grantee shall make available to the city the names and addresses of any person, other than a grantee, which performs work on behalf of a grantee pursuant to a franchise. All provisions of this chapter and a franchise remain the responsibility of a grantee. All provisions of a franchise shall apply to any of a grantee’s subcontractors or others performing any work or services pursuant to the provisions of a franchise. A grantee shall be responsible for and hold the city harmless for any claims or liability arising out of work performed by persons other than a grantee. A grantee shall provide the city with emergency contact information (name, address, phone number, etc.) for the entity.
