A grantee shall not place or cause to be placed any sort of signs, advertisements or other extraneous markings, whether relating to a grantee or any other person or entity on grantee’s facilities located in or on the rights-of-way, except minimal markings necessary to identify the cable system for service, repair, maintenance or emergency purposes, or as required by applicable law or regulation.
