§ 123.095 PARTIES TO FOLLOW CABLE ACT AS AMENDED FOR RENEWALS.

Franchise renewals will be according to applicable law including the Cable Act, as amended. The city and grantee, by mutual consent, may enter into renewal negotiations at any time during the term of a franchise. The city will review and evaluate the requirements and conditions for renewal according to the Cable Act requirements and this chapter.
