§ 120.024 ISSUANCE.

   Upon compliance with all the provisions of this subchapter, the health director shall issue a license.

§ 120.025 TERM.

   Every pest control license issued under the terms of this chapter shall expire on December 31 of the year in which issued.

§ 120.026 RENEWAL RESTRICTED.

   If any licensee under this subchapter shall fail to renew his or her license within three months after the expiration date thereof, he or she shall proceed for renewal in the same manner as for an original license.

§ 120.027 REVOCATION.

   Any license issued under the provisions of this subchapter may be revoked by the city council for the violation by the licensee of any applicable provision of this Code, state law or city ordinance, rule or regulation.
