Upon termination of employment as an escort or escort runner for a licensed escort service employer, the permittees shall surrender their permits and identification cards to the city’s licensing specialist within five days of the termination of employment. It is unlawful for any escort or escort runner to fail to surrender the permit and identification card within the time prescribed.
