§ 118.008 EMPLOYMENT RECORDS.

   (a)   Every escort service licensed under this chapter shall maintain the following records of employment of their employed escorts and runners:

      (1)   Date employment commenced; and

      (2)   Date employment terminated.

   (b)   These records shall be available to the city upon written request therefor.
