§ 117.130 REVOCATION.
   Any permit issued under the provisions of this subchapter may be revoked for violation of any provision of this Code, state law, or city ordinance by the city's licensing specialist. Upon the revocation, the permit shall immediately be surrendered, and failure to do shall be an offense.
