§ 117.098 ADDITIONAL RULES RELATED TO VENDING.
   In addition to §§ 117.040 through 117.046, the following rules apply when conducting vending activities in a furniture zone in the central business district:
   (a)   All vending activities shall be stationary, unless permission is granted by the planning and development services director, or designee; and
   (b)   Sale of alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited.
