§ 117.094 ALCOHOL IN SIDEWALK CAFÉS, SIDEWALK PUBS, AND PARKLETS.
   Alcohol service and consumption in a sidewalk café, sidewalk pub or parklet area is prohibited unless the adjacent business holding the sidewalk café, sidewalk pub or parklet lease also holds a valid on-sale license issued by the state for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages for that adjacent business. Sale and consumption of alcohol on the furniture zone is limited to the area identified in the furniture zone limited lease which shall be adjacent to the licensed premises.
