(a) All applicants for furniture zone use permits or furniture zone limited leases shall complete an application on a form provided by the city. Any permit or limited lease shall be granted on forms prepared by the city.
(b) Applicants requesting to extend the furniture zone into the public right-of-way, which would otherwise be used for vehicle parking, shall be subject to the additional rules in § 117.099.
